Hello Everyone.  I have now booked my apartment and some of the photos are posted below. It is described as a "modern and original 80 square meters 2 Bedroom duplex apartment" located on rue Ferdinand Duval in the 4th arrondissement on the 1st French floor of a 17th century walk up building. 

The apartment is located in on rue Ferdinand in the famous Marais area. The Place des Vosges and Place Sainte Cathrine are just 2 minutes walking distance to the apartment as well as Place de la Bastille where the Opera de Paris is located. Within walking distance is the Centre Georges Pompidou (modern art, of course), and the Hotel de Ville and Notre Dame de Paris. It is also close to the Louvre and the Palais Royal. To the South are Ile Saint Louis and across the Seine River is the left bank and the Saint Germain neighbourhood.

Most notable of all is that the apartment is very purple!!
